Purchase help
Fiddle Lab is a digital preset collection for Line 6 HX Stomp. The $10 USD one-time purchase includes 19 sounds, three EQ options for each sound and a user guide.
Payment and delivery
Payments are sold through Link using Stripe Managed Payments. Link provides payment receipts and support for payment or billing questions. Seth provides your preset download and help using the sounds. Applicable tax and any local-currency conversion are shown at checkout.
Once your payment clears, you receive a confirmation page and an email with your private order link. Use that link to download your ZIP. If the email is delayed, keep the confirmation page open and check your spam folder.
Your order link provides fresh, short-lived download links. Keep it private. If a download expires, return to the order page and try again.
Help with your order
Email sethisaacweiland@gmail.com, or reply to your order email. Include your purchase email, preset name, snapshot, HX Stomp firmware and a short description of the issue. Do not send payment card details.
Refunds
Refund requests made to Seth are reviewed individually. You can also contact Link through your payment receipt for transaction support; its refund terms and applicable consumer rights also apply. Contact Seth with your purchase email and the reason for your request. Troubleshooting help is available if a preset or download is not working. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Using your presets
You can load and edit these presets for your own performances, lessons and recordings, including commercial music releases. No music royalty or credit is required. Do not redistribute or resell the preset files or edited versions of those files. Back up your pedal before importing.
